A lot can happen in a moment

Take this one for instance...
Some cross a railway track
Some quench their thirst
A family finishes its breakfast
Some complete their 10 rounds of the platform as their morning exercise
All this while, one of them was waiting for a train to arrive!

Taken from the overbridge at the Pipariya Railway station in Madhya Pradesh, a few hours away from Jabalpur. Pipariya is the station where you need to get down to reach PachMadi, one of the popular local tourist and religious destinations in Madhya Pradesh, the heart of India!

He was the owner of the tea-shop from the previous picture... Thick glasses, no change of expression, no spoken words, and a li'il stiff body language yet letting me taking his picture!

the special thing about this tea shop was that the fire was propelled by a device which is used to create high tempratures to melt and shape iron by local iron-smiths! and in this tea shop, it was being used to burn coal!

Traveling in public transport in India has one big advantage. Often treated as a disadvantage though, public transport slows down the pace of your travel to a considerable extent. To a few who believe the destination is about traveling, its a pain in the wrong places, but for people who treat the journey as the destination enjoy it like nothing else!

This is an image from somewhere near Mandla taken from a bus to Mandla from Kanha.

The little green bird...

Or Mitthu was a co-traveler from Kanha to Mandla. The young fella was happily entertaining the people in the bus by sleeping when the bus was moving, and crying out loud whenever it stopped. To the amusement of people, the bus had to make quite a few stops and that kept it awake and others engaged!
