.

He was kind enough to let me take his picture... I sat next to him to show him the result and also requested him to quit smoking... His face expression changed, and he showered me with blessings for asking him to do that... I wish I had asked his name... and I wish he gets happier !!!

God Bless !

Pick and Throw...

Something that a lot of flower vendors do... remove the not so good flowers from the sacks and ensure that the flowers can stay fresh for longer... Still from the flower market near Fatehpuri, Khari Baoli, Old Delhi...

Everything Must Go..

The flower market near Fatehpuri does brisk business everyday between 0300 hrs to 0800 hrs... The prices also keep going down as the sun rises because its important that the entire stock is sold..

A wonderful singer and nice person at heart, he sang a few Bhajans when my father requested him too as well..

Evening Bells

Still from the Jyotisar Temple in Kurukshetra, Haryana... Jyotisar is said to be the birthplace of Shrimad Bhagwad Gita... The temple compound has two very very old banyan trees, and a large pond... This place is said to be in the middle of both the Armies (Kauravas and Pandavas) at the time of Mahabharata...
