have been toying with the idea of removing the usual colour from the landscapes and post them... this is the first attempt... though a li'il bit of colour is deliberate here...

nature has strange ways of making you realize how small you are in front of it... Clouds, Sky, Mountains are just a few of them....

this was the view from my hotel in Joshimath en route to the Valley of Flowers in July last year... you can read about that trip more... here

  7. i have a minolta maxxum 3000. but that's film :( and none of the pics on that blog are taken using this one.

    my digital is a quite primitive nikon coolpix 2100... which is the medium for those pics...

    why that smiley for a film camera dude.. i also use a film based Canon 3000v.. i sincerely feel that film based cameras are better to learn then a digital one...

    and you've done some wonderful job with your digicam i must say !!!
