She carries the “oho!” expression, a granny who is mildly shocked + slightly worried + mostly speechless ... yet again by her naughty grandson’s deed!
No technical comments from me mate…I wouldn’t be throwing pebbles into such moments that are like ripples on water suddenly held stationary, as if somebody said… *Statue*
this is some ageless portrait. and the pic is as as expressive as amma ji herself :)
reminds me of the fact that i have been lucky enough to relate to my great-grandparents (my nana's parents & my nani's mother) as well as my paternal grands. they were still around in my preteen years. i remember them all.
Superb portrait... Is the film grain intentional? love the tones in the pic.. maybe because of the lines on her face I would have loved to see a sharper image without the film grain...
One man... many roles... the tea-vendor, the talk-err, the listen-err, the silence-err, the fotograph-er, the learn-err, the preach-err, the practition-err, the sin-err, the believ-err, the bugg-err, the crib-err, the dream-err, the travel-err,
Hoping to keep life fresh... like my favorite cuppa tea !!!
excellent potrait....
