actually even i do not know what building this was... was moving around in Bhopal one evening and on my way to the Upper Lake I saw this place !!!
oh... isn't bhopal full of such architecture?

and the part of bhopal that i loved the most was the calm that it has !!!! that walk around the upper lake minus the irritating crowd was the best !!!
